The nomination of Ribeira Sacra Waterscape for the World Heritage List is entering its final stretch after ten years of studies, hard work, and management, featuring a Living Landscape that maintains and increases its extraordinary value every day thanks to its inhabitants. This conference covers the drafting process of the dossier, our current phase, and the path ahead until we reach Busan, Korea, in July 2026. It also serves as a tribute to Cipriano Marín Cabrera, the rapporteur of the nomination.
